Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, request a guide, or contact Jennifer, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, property details, home preferences, and any other information you choose to include. The fields shown on each form identify what is requested. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment details, or other sensitive documents through a general inquiry form.
How your information is used
Information you provide is used to respond to your request, provide requested resources, understand your real estate needs, and maintain communications and records related to your inquiry. Any additional marketing communications should reflect the choices you make when signing up and applicable requirements. Visiting this website does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing messages.
Sharing and introductions
I do not sell client contact information or provide it to other businesses for their independent marketing. When you want an introduction to a lender or another service provider, I can give you their contact details or, with your permission, connect you directly, such as through a three-way text. Service providers that operate the website and forms still process information needed to provide those services.
Contact-management access
Jennifer manages the HubSpot contact database. An automated assistant also has authorized HubSpot access, although its operation is currently paused. The assistant’s access does not mean it is currently sending messages. Service providers such as HubSpot process data to operate their services.
Keeping information
There is currently no fixed deletion schedule for general inquiries. Information may remain in the contact database unless it is removed following a review or a request. Required real estate records are subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact Jennifer to request deletion; some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, ongoing services, or disputes.
Website services and HubSpot forms
The website uses Vercel for hosting and HubSpot for embedded forms and contact management. These services receive information needed to provide their functions. HubSpot receives information you submit through its forms. Loading the site or a third-party form can also disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to the relevant service provider.
HubSpot forms load separately from the Google Analytics choice described below. Declining Google Analytics does not prevent a form from loading or prevent HubSpot from receiving information you submit. Form-related cookies and processing depend on the form provider and its configuration.
Google Analytics and your choice
When Google Analytics is enabled on the site, its script loads after you select Accept analytics. It helps measure website use, such as pages visited and device or browser information. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information to generate reports. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. Choosing Decline analytics prevents this site’s Google Analytics integration from loading. To make a new choice, clear this site’s stored browser data and reload the page; this may also clear other preferences. Browser settings can also restrict cookies. This choice applies to this website’s Google Analytics integration, not to websites you visit through external links.
Other websites
Links to property searches, brokerage resources, Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and other outside services take you to websites with their own privacy policies. Information you submit there is handled by those services. A review you post on a public platform may be visible to others.
Your choices and requests
You can contact Jennifer at jennifer@thisisnwa.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask to stop marketing communications. Requests will be considered subject to identity verification where appropriate and any recordkeeping or other applicable obligations. Marketing emails, when sent, should also provide an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop communications needed to respond to your request or handle an ongoing transaction.
